I have recently been asked; ‘What is your why?’ "Why do you do what you do - everyday?' I have spent alot of time pondering this and have to confess that I struggled to answer. I wrote about wanting to inspire people, to create a community for women where they felt supported, to provide a safe return to exercise for Mums through a holistic approach to womens health / wellbeing and encourage to put themselves first sometimes in order to be the best version of themselves they possibly could be. I want to make a difference.
Even as I read this, I can see it’s not my 'why'.. but I have realised in writing this blog, I have discovered my purpose and am well on my way to my WHY.
