- 6 x nights accommodation at a beautiful private villa with pool (twin share also available)
- Air conditioned transfers with our friendly driver to and from the Villa on arrival/departure as well as on any planned excursions.
- 8 x carefully created workouts including a mix of core, HIIT, travelling, strength, team workouts and full body sessions.
- 1 x 30 minute one on one BoxFit focused personal training session scheduled at your preferred time over the week.
- 2 x nutritious meals every day with the 3rd meal being left out deliberately so you can explore the local cuisine.
- 1 x Day trip adventure. Either a day in Ubud with a private driver, a fun filled downhill mountain bike experience, a traditional Balinese cooking class or even learn to surf!
- 4 x yoga sessions with a qualified yoga instructor who will leave you feeling calm, grounded and relaxed.
- 2 x relaxing hour long full body Balinese massage at the Villa
- 2 x extremely awesome, qualified (pre & post natal) Personal Trainers on hand for one on one assisted stretching sessions – Christie and Alice.
