I have been participating in Active Soul's outdoor fitness classes led by Christie Houghton since late 2009. I have found the weekly classes to be challenging, fun and varied. Christie thoughtfully plans the classes so we always get an "all over body workout" introducing fun new activities and exercises every week. I love going to Christie's classes as I know I'll discover the muscles I thought I had and a few I didn't know about. Christie's classes give me a full body workout and with her cheerful motivation and encouragement, including making sure that I perform the exercises with the correct posture and form, I always feel like I have gone just a little bit further than I ever thought I could. I'm so glad I enrolled in Christie's BoxFit sessions. These sessions are awesome and so well designed. They are vigorous (but manageable) and highly effective! I could see results instantly - both physically and in terms of my energy levels. The sessions offer a great alternative to the gym.
