Our award-winning trainer has specialist knowledge in every stage of a woman’s journey, from pregnancy and post-partum to menopause. Our fitness classes meet women where they are – both physically and emotionally. If you feel disconnected from your post-partum body, want to better manage the ups and downs of your cycle or menopause, or are ready to take more control of your life now that your children are older, you’ll find a space to thrive with us. 

Personal trainer experience, in a group.
Tailoring your fitness experience is the best way to keep you motivated and getting the best results – but generally, you’d need to pay a personal trainer for that. Our small group classes have been designed to give you a personal-trainer experience that caters to individual needs. This means you’ll be pushed to achieve more, offered support where you need it, and feel encouraged, even if you’re just starting.

Positive, enthusiastic and motivating, Christie Houghton has built a reputation for supporting women to achieve their health and fitness goals by catering to their individual needs and stages. She believes in balance in all things and understands that fitness is not just physical but an emotional process too.

She felt that women could be better served in the fitness industry and set out to build a company that offered the support, education and motivation they needed to thrive. Christie has been recognised at the New Zealand Exercise Industry Awards, winning Small Group Trainer of the year 2019, Group Trainer of the Year 2020 and Personal Trainer of the Year 2022.
