I have been going to Christie for nearly 2 years which is hugely impressive by my exercise standards! She has kept me motivated, (I have done the same thing twice in the whole time), doesn’t let me quit,( turns up on your doorstep if you don’t make a session). I have had a damaged achilles and RSI and she adapts the exercises to suit. I love going to Christie’s classes as I know I’ll discover the muscles I thought I had and a few I didn’t know about.
