Mums and Bubs Foundation Course

Designed to support your return to fitness after you’ve had your baby.
Start your journey back to fitness the right way. Safe and supportive, this class is the perfect way to build your strength and reclaim your fitness post-pregnancy. This is a prerequisite for our other classes if you’re a brand new mum. This is a standalone 5 week course. Enquire for next course start date.

·     Key mobilisers and stretches
·     Correct movement patterns for everyday exercises
·     How to listen to your body to gradually increase the workout intensity
